Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.


Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your item, please get in touch with our support manager

If you did not receive the product within a time frame of 80 business days you can request a reshipment.Please pay attention! The items must state that they were not delivered. If your order was delivered to the address on file then we cannot send a replacement order or refund.

If you received the wrong item we also kindly ask you to contact our support manager. Thus, then we will be able to solve this situation and offer you either a reshipment
or another option that is best for you. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

Refunds will be in the form of store credit.

Ineligible refunds:


Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).

We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping.
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of us (i.s. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If your item states it is in transit then a refund will not be available yet- it must be undeliverable & not trackable (within a 60 day time frame) for a refund to be processed.

Exchanges

You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Cost will be at your expense.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
