    This axe is the first “premium quality” carving axe I have bought. It behaves beautifully, it essentially cuts on its own, you just tell it where to go. When held up at the throat, the long tip is amazing for fixing small fine details. When held at the bottom palm swell, the blade eats up wood like it actually craves it.

    Very nice tool. The handle shape is very well thought out and just feels so nice to hold and work. Blade is forged very nice and scary sharp. Pay extra for their octagonal handles.
