It has an octagonal handle shape, and a knob at the end of the handle, which will allow you to confidently hold it in your hand when working with wood for a long time.
We also made an ornament on the head of the ax made by hand, which gives it an original look.

This axe is the first “premium quality” carving axe I have bought. It behaves beautifully, it essentially cuts on its own, you just tell it where to go. When held up at the throat, the long tip is amazing for fixing small fine details. When held at the bottom palm swell, the blade eats up wood like it actually craves it.
